Great reminder… adapt or die. I’ve been beating this drum for about 3 years. And it will be hard to change patient’s behavior back towards their PCP once they are used to convenience of retail clinics. What we need to do is market the “new PCP” (DPC is well positioned there) as the alternative to the UC and retail clinics. – The Sovereign Patient
